Thanksgiving 2014 Tablescape
May we all ponder upon and be thankful for all of our blessings.

I wanted to do a tablescape for Thanksgiving that was more muted in color than I have done before.  Using mostly white, cream, and brown.  All except for the colorful Thanksgiving Pilgrim Cracker Poppers.  They are so fun!

The adorable girl pilgrim version of the cracker poppers.

I did the centerpiece with faux pumpkins that were orange.  I sprayed them an Ivory color after removing the stems.  I then replaced the stems with Christmas ornaments with crystals on top.  One of the pumpkins has an antique crystal handle that was given to me as a gift that I will always treasure.

I really love pumpkins and enjoy using the faux pumpkins to re-design.  Ideas are limitless.

The Pottery Barn Hurricane below has a lovely candle I purchased from them a couple of years ago.  It has a gold burlap design.  I filled it with pine cones and other items I gathered on my walks.  I sprayed some of them with 2 different shades of gold paint.

Love those Thanksgiving Pilgrim Cracker Poppers.  Produced by the Meri Meri Company.  I purchased these at my favorite pharmacy/gift/floral shop.

This pumpkin salad plate is under the little pumpkin tureen.

Golden turkey place card holders from Thanksgiving Point    Emporium.

Just a little detail of the florals in the centerpiece.

Pinecone gift boxes from Martha Stewart that I glittered with some bronze glitter.  A fun take home favor.  I have used them in my centerpiece.  At the end of the meal my guests can remove one from the center and take with them.

I will be sharing this tablescape at Between Naps on the Porch for Tablescape Thursday.

Thanks for looking.  Feel free to leave a comment!

Valerie. I do love the chocolate brown and the cream whites on your gorgeous fall table. You did a beautiful job of redesigning the pumpkins for the table. The large centerpiece pumpkin is fabulous in the pearl white and the crystal knob makes this a truly outstanding centerpiece! I am trying to get inspired so I can get my mojo back and create a few tables for the holidays. Seeing all of your creativity is motivating me to get in gear too!!
