Valentine's Day 2017 Tablescape for 2

There will be just the two of us to celebrate Valentine's Day.   I will leave for a bit to deliver Valentine's cards to my Grandchildren.  We knock on the door and run away.  They really enjoy the surprise.

I wasn't sure about a centerpiece and when I saw the Queen and King of Hearts, I thought, well... that is perfect for the two of us.

I have pulled up two chairs in front of the fireplace for a cozy little dinner.  Since it is cold and still snowy here, there is a warm throw and fluffy fur blush color heart pillow to warm up the chairs.

I just wrapped ribbon and attached an ornament for the napkin ring.  I like how the heart has a little crown on top.

Every year we give each other a box of chocolates.

I took a closeup of my chocolate box.  I love how it has actual embroidery on the lid.  They have this same box in a larger size and it has 2 lovely attached fabric flowers.  I like smaller boxes.

Have a very nice Valentine's Day.  Everyone loves to be wished a wonderful day.  If you don't have a partner find someone to wish a wonderful day to.  Even the person at the Grocery store.  Everyone loves a smile and a warm wish.
I will be posting with Tablescape Thursday at Between Naps on the Porch.

Valerie, your table is beautiful. Don't you just love the king and queen of hearts? I have them too. I also have those dishes, but in pink. The setting is so romantic, set in front of the fire with lovely chairs and pillow. I hope you are enjoying the weekend.

Love the table by the fire and that frog box of chocolates.

Thanks to so many blogs, people are really into decorating for the holidays. Sadly, they are wiping out the local inventory. LOL
I meet a young couple in Home Goods trying to find plates to coordinate their table. Pinterest users.

Happy Valentine's Day to all.
